Boaz, AL – Jerry Brown Killed in Work Accident at Kabco Builders
Boaz, AL (November 17, 2023) – The Marshall County Coroner’s Office confirmed that a man lost his life as a result of a workplace accident that took place on Thursday, November 16, in Boaz. Authorities were called to the scene of the accident at the Co-builders, located in the 1300 block of Industrial Boulevard. Upon arriving, emergency crews immediately shut down the area.
Investigations determined that 61-year-old Jerry Brown was on an elevated platform at the plant, which is located in northern Alabama. For unknown reasons, he fell down and suffered severe injuries. Brown was rushed to Marshall Medical Center South emergency room for immediate medical attention. Authorities confirmed that he passed away after arriving. Law enforcement officers in Marshall County are currently working to determine what caused this industrial accident.
