Calhoun Co., AL – Two Killed in Car Crash on I-20 near AL-281

Calhoun Co., AL (December 18, 2023) – Two people lost their lives as a result of an automobile accident that occurred just outside of Oxford, according to local authorities. At around 2:00 a.m. on December 16, the Alabama state troopers were called to the scene of an automobile accident that occurred on Interstate 20.

 

Crash investigations determined that a 2002 Toyota Sienna, driven by 58-year-old Anthony Finley, was proceeding down the interstate when it collided with a 2016 Ford Mustang. The impact of the collision caused the Toyota to leave the roadway and collide with an embankment and multiple trees before overturning.

 

Findlay and his passenger, identified as 59-year-old Kimberly Finley, were both fatally injured and pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Ford, identified as 30-year-old Dustin Cleckler, was not injured in the crash. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
