Trussville, AL (July 7, 2026) – A child and an adult lost their lives on Tuesday morning, July 7, following a crash involving two tractor-trailers on Interstate 59 in Trussville.

As reported by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the collision occurred around 7:30 a.m. near mile marker 138.

Authorities said at least three other people were injured in the crash, although officials have not released information about their conditions.
