Daphne, AL – Donald Mason Loses Life in Fatal Crash on Highway 90 near Jubilee Parkway

Daphne, AL (October 20, 2023) – A man lost his life as a result of an automobile accident that took place in Daphne on Wednesday evening. At around 4:00 p.m. on October 18, calls for assistance came in regarding an automobile accident that occurred on Highway 90.

Reports from authorities show that two vehicles collided at the intersection of Highway 90 and Jubilee Parkway during the early evening hours. The incident prompted authorities to close off the roadway as they assisted.

A passenger inside one of the vehicles, identified as 62-year-old Donald Mason, was fatally injured. He was pronounced deceased on-site.

The drivers of both vehicles were injured. Both victims were treated on-site. One victim was then transported to a local hospital for further care.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating.
