Fatal Car Accidents in Alabama
Year after year, hundreds of innocent passengers and drivers die as a result of fatal collisions reported in Alabama. Regrettably, the majority of these accidents are able to be prevented. Acts of negligence continue to be leading factors in many of the fatal crashes that are reported on our roadways.
There are many instances where people lose their lives as a result of drivers who are speeding. When drivers are traveling too fast, they run the risk of losing control of their vehicle and smashing into others nearby. There are also many cases where drivers are impaired. Drivers who are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicants may not be able to operate their vehicles in a responsible manner.
Failing to yield, running red lights, and traveling too closely are other common factors in many of the collisions that we see on our roads. Unfortunately, fatal accidents can have far-reaching consequences, making it incredibly difficult for families to move forward.
Following the tragic loss of a family member in a collision, it is possible for families to pursue punitive damages from the responsible party. Working with a Hoover wrongful death attorney offers your family the best opportunity to protect your rights and seek justice.
