Huntsville, AL (October 1, 2025) – Emergency crews responded to a serious car accident on Douglass Road near Highway 53 in Huntsville, on Wednesday morning, leaving two people injured. The incident took place around 7:55 a.m., according to HEMSI officials.


Reports indicate that one individual sustained critical injuries and remains under close medical care, while another person is in stable condition. At least one occupant was entrapped inside a vehicle following the collision, requiring immediate assistance from first responders.
