Lee County, AL (February 16, 2026) – A 44-year-old Camp Hill man lost his life on February 14 after a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 280 near Auburn.

The collision occurred approximately eight miles west of Auburn in Lee County and involved a Dodge Durango and a tractor-trailer.

According to officials, the crash happened around 10:00 p.m. After the impact, the Durango caught fire.
