Loxley, AL - Pickup Truck Collides With Medstar Ambulance on Hwy 59

Loxley, AL (June 4, 2025) – A serious motor vehicle accident was reported early Tuesday, June 3, when a Medstar ambulance traveling north on Highway 59 was struck by a pickup truck at the intersection with Flowerwood Road in Loxley.
