Authorities have not yet indicated whether speed, distraction, or other factors contributed to the collision.
We wish the victim and everyone involved a speedy recovery.
Car Accidents and Highway Safety in Alabama.

Highways like I-65 serve as critical travel routes through Alabama, but are also among the most dangerous roads in the state for serious and fatal crashes. Many of these incidents occurred on interstates and major routes where high speeds and heavy traffic increase the likelihood of catastrophic outcomes.
In accidents involving overturned vehicles, the risk of serious injury is particularly high. Rollovers can occur when a vehicle is struck at an angle, hits a barrier, or loses traction while traveling at high speeds. Victims often suffer from traumatic injuries such as head trauma, broken bones, internal bleeding, and spinal cord damage. These types of collisions often require complex investigations to determine whether negligence, unsafe lane changes, or vehicle defects contributed to the incident.
Victims and their families frequently face significant financial and emotional challenges following serious car accidents. Medical bills, rehabilitation costs, and lost wages can quickly add up, creating immense stress. In such cases, working with our experienced car accident attorney can help ensure that victims receive fair compensation for their injuries and losses.
Our skilled attorney can analyze police reports, review traffic camera footage, and consult with accident reconstruction experts to establish liability. In cases where another driver’s negligence caused the crash, such as speeding, distraction, or impairment, the injured party may be entitled to compensation for medical expenses, property damage, lost income, and pain and suffering.
