Warrior AL – Teen Killed in Head-On Crash on Mount Olive Rd
Warrior, AL (March 1, 2024) – A 17-year-old female lost her life as a result of a fatal collision that occurred in Jefferson County on Wednesday, February 28. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene of the accident.
According to law enforcement reports, a pickup truck and a work truck collided head on at the intersection of Mount Olive Road and Warrior Jasper Road at around 12:00 p.m. The pickup truck was severely damaged in the accident. Three females were in the vehicle at the time of the accident. The driver, a 17-year-old female, suffered fatal injuries. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. The two other women and the man driving the work truck all sustained injuries. All three victims were transported to area hospitals for emergency care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
