Etowah County, AL (August 2, 2023) – One person was transported to a local hospital with injuries following a car crash that occurred in Etowah County overnight on Monday. At around 1:35 a.m. on July 31, calls for assistance were received regarding an automobile wreck that occurred on Meighan Boulevard.

Reports provided by the Alabama State Troopers show that a 2006 Honda and a 2015 Chevrolet were involved in a crash during the early morning hours. The incident left both vehicles damaged. At least one had to be towed from the scene.
