Birmingham, AL – Woman Fatally Struck by Vehicle on Brewster Rd
Birmingham, AL (April 24, 2023) – A 42-year-old woman has lost her life as a result of a motor vehicle accident that took place in Jefferson County on Saturday evening, April 22.
At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of a crash on Brewster Road.
Preliminary investigations provided by JCSO indicate that a female pedestrian was crossing in the 1600 block of Brewster Road when she was struck by a vehicle.
The woman suffered severe injuries as a result of the accident. She was transported to UAB Hospital, where she passed away from her injuries.
No other injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team is currently investigating the incident.
