Butler Co, AL – Elgin C McMeans Dies in Fatal Pedestrian Crash on US 31

Butler Co, AL (December 18, 2024) – A deadly pedestrian crash occurred on Saturday evening in Butler County, claiming the life of 75-year-old Elgin C. McMeans from Georgiana.
