Hazel Green, AL – Man Injured in Two-Vehicle Wreck on Highway 231/431

Hazel Green, AL (July 17, 2023) – A man was injured in a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Madison County on Saturday afternoon, July 15.

Just before 3:50 p.m. on Saturday, two vehicles collided in Hazel Green on the northbound side of Highway 231/431. The head-on collision caused delays in front of the Foodland store.

Emergency officials responded to the scene of the accident and immediately shut down multiple lanes.

One man involved in the accident was injured. The victim was treated at the scene briefly and transported by ambulance to Huntsville Hospital for emergency treatment.
