Jefferson Co, AL - Fatal Crash on Alliance Rd Leaves 1 Dead, 4 Injured

Jefferson Co, AL (March 24, 2025) – A fatal car crash occurred on Friday morning, March 21, in Jefferson County, resulting in one death and injuring four others, including two children. The accident took place around 7:34 a.m. in the 2600 block of Alliance Road.


According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, two cars were involved in the collision. Emergency responders, including paramedics and firefighters, arrived at the scene to provide aid. One individual was pronounced dead at the scene, while four others were transported to area hospitals for treatment. Their current conditions remain unknown.


Authorities temporarily closed Alliance Rd to investigate the cause of the crash and allow emergency crews to clear the wreckage. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the incident.
